The Student Welfare Committee is responsible for all non-academic concerns affecting students, including but not limited to healthcare, financial aid, Scholarships, Educational Loan, Hostel, transportation, Group Insurance and cases of ragging and misbehavior. The Committee meets on a regular basis to discuss ways to improve the student experience at STC and to resolve any problems that students may have. Quarterly meetings with student representatives are also held to collect student feedback and to take remedial actions.

• Social and emotional growth of the students.

The committee will concentrate on
• Avoiding impediments to a student's learning process and allowing them to progress in their profession with minimum disruption.
• Creating a positive student-teacher connection Maintaining positive ties with parents and organizing meetings for them
• Holding regular meetings to discuss students’ wellbeing
• Coordinating events and fostering students’ interests
• To conduct events on personality development
• Organizing extracurricular activities for personal growth
• To arrange programmes that promote students’ welfare.
• To guide students about various welfare schemes offered by the College and other bodies.
