The Planning and Evaluation Committee is responsible for monitoring and assessing the activities of the College to determine the impact, quality, and effectiveness of its mission. The Planning and Evaluation document aids in tracking and assessing the outcomes of interventions.

The College has numerous frameworks to plan and evaluate the academic and non-academic processes, with space to implement the necessary modifications. At the start of each year, all departments, committees, clubs, centres, and forums are instructed to develop their action plans and schedules in cooperation with this committee.

The objectives of the Planning and Evaluation Committee are
•       To examine the academic and non-academic activities.
•       To conduct an evaluation of student and faculty development programmes.
•       To visualise and build long-term strategies for the development and expansion of the College.
•       To enhance research and development.
•       To promote extension and outreach activities
•       To encourage innovative teaching methods and student placement initiatives.
•       To establish a strategy for development of the college to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of the strategic plan.
•       To create fresh growth plans for the college. To prepare for resource mobilization via industry contact, consulting, and extramural financing
