Given the current increase in cyber crime in the recent years, this programme offers a special impetus and an excellent launch pad for those who are interested in becoming prB.Sc. (Digital and Cyber Forensics Science) programme covers a wide range of skills, including emphasis on prevention, detection and mitigation of cyber-attacks, combined with the agility to gather digital evidence and conduct electronic crime investigations. Graduates will be equipped to evaluate an end-to-end cyber forensics investigation and prepare a digital forensics evidence report.

The programme prepares students to respond to the growing demand and confront attacks with the ability to develop security policies for organizations and the skills to mitigate the effects on a network infrastructure due to a cyber-attack.

After the completion of the programme one can join PG programme viz M.Sc. (Forensic Science), MBA, MCA, M.Sc (CS) etc., After successful completion of this degree the students may be employed as Detective Cyber Forensic Analyst, Forensic scientist, Cyber Investigative officers, Forensic Expert, Digital Crime Scene Investigator, Ethical Hacker, etc.,ofessional crime-fighters with rewarding career options. The scope includes Mind Management and Human Values. Understanding Crime Scenes. IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, Data Science and Security Analysis, Basics of Forensic Audio, Video Analysis, Digital Evidence and Computer Crimes etc.,
