B.Sc. (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) deals with mainly on machines (or computers) that mimic “cognitive” functions which humans associate with the brain such as “learning” and “problem solving”.

Artificial intelligence was founded as an academic discipline and has been divided into subfields based on technical considerations, such as “robotics” or “machine learning”

Machine Learning algorithms build a mathematical model based on sample data, known as “training data”, and are used in a wide variety of applications, such as email filtering and computer vision, where it is difficult to develop a conventional algorithm for performing the task effectively.

Machine learning is closely related to computational statistics, which focuses on making predictions using computers. The AI field draws upon computer science, information engineering, mathematics, psychology, linguistics, philosophy, and many others.
