Is a great academician and also an able administrator who is in the field of education nearly 40 years. He is an acknowledged author in the filed of Chemistry and has published two books. He has presented more than 20 research articles in national and international seminars and conferences and has more than ten research publications in reputed national and international journals. He is a life member of Chemical research Society of India, Bangalore. He has served as Principal in Erode Arts and Science College, Erode. He has been in the Board of Studies, academic council of several universities and Autonomous Colleges. He has acted as a resource person in several seminars and workshops and he has given several Invited talks. He is actively involved in research in the area of environmental chemistry. He has guided 4 Ph.D scholars & 40 M. Phil Scholars. At present he is guiding five Ph.D. scholars.

He is co-ordinating academic affairs of various courses and exclusively the organiser of Ethics and Culture programme and career-oriented courses. Starting his career as a Sales Engineer he quickly became a vibrant marketing and general management professional. In his 35 years of corporate experience, he has served in top management positions (CEO, President, Exec. Director) in India and abroad. In the later phase of his career, deciding to serve the society, he did his M.Phil., and Ph.D. He has been in academic administration and in research pursuits in management science for over 8 years.

Is a multidimensional scholar and a great academician who, with more than 35 years of experience in the academic field, has served in varied capacity as Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce, Dean UGC Affairs, and a guide for Ph.D and M.Phil research scholars. He has guided 16 Ph.D Scholars and 85 M.Phil Scholars in Commerce and Management and currently 12 Ph.D Scholars are being guided by him. An excellent organiser of many Management Meets, Seminars and Summer Courses, he has been honoured with “Outstanding Personality” award by Aziz-Chida Foundation, Canada. He has published 16 papers in several journals to his credit and presented five papers in the seminars held in Universities, Colleges and Institutes.
Dr.P.Radhakrishnan M.Sc., M.S., M.Tech., Ph.D.,

Graduated with M.Sc.(Maths) from Madurai-Kamaraj University, India and then did M.S ( Statistics/O.R) at the University of Western Ontario, Canada . He has also completed M.Tech (IT) from Punjabi University, India. He has more than 2 decades of teaching experience and held teaching positions in the area of Management Science / System Science in reputed Institutions in India and abroad. His broad areas of interest include Quantitative, Systems and Operations Management. He completed PhD (Management Science) in the area of Supply Chain Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India He has published widely in International Journals and International Conference proceedings. He has been internationally recognized and inducted into the list of “Leading professionals of the World 2010” administered by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England for significant contribution in the area of “Systems Science and Engineering”. He is guiding Ph.D students and offers consultancy to industries. He is also Chairman for Board of Studies of Management Program at STC.
Mrs.D.Suganya Devi, MCA., M.Phil., (Ph.D).,

Received her MCA from PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore in 1999. And, she received her M.Phil degree in Computer Science in the year of 2003 from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Thirunelveli. She had submitted her Ph.D Thesis at Avinashilingam University for Women, Coimbatore and waiting for PhD Viva voce. She worked as a lecturer in Nirmala College for women, Coimbatore and then as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications, SNR Sons College, Coimbatore. She is currently working as Director I/c of MCA Department in Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College, Pollachi. She has 12 years of teaching experience and 8 years of research experience. She has published more than 27 research papers in the reputed International Journals, and presented International and National Conferences. She also published a book entitled “Management Information System”. Her research interests Multicast Communication, MANET and Network Security.
