The Examination establishment functions under a Controller of Examinations since 2008, on conferment of Autonomous status to STC.
The Section conducts Semester Examinations twice in an academic year, besides, providing administrative back up and operational support for conducting continuous internal assessment tests.
The section also conducts special supplementary Examinations for final year students, who have arrears even after the completion of the program duration.
The Examination section of STC has been provided with all the facilities and equipments which help the section to function efficiently.
It has an exclusive fully furnished hall to conduct Central Valuation and to conduct meeting of Examination related processes.

Examination Rule Committee
There will be an examination committee duly appointed by the academic council for
framing rules and regulations to conduct the examinations and related activities. The
examination committee will be chaired by the Principal and convened by the Controller of
Examinations at least once in a year. In addition to this, it may meet whenever the need arises.
A sub committee on disciplinary proceedings will function under the supervision of Dean,
Academic affairs with two more members. The duty of this sub committee is to enquire and
recommend suitable administrative actions as remedy for examination malpractices by
students. The complaints against staff members will be enquired directly by the Principal, Dean
Academic Affairs and a nominee from the management.
