The Rangoli Club of STC acts with objecting of promoting and exploring the sense of the club members and help them to get a proper channel to expose their talents.
The main aim of the club is to make the students to be aware of our traditional arts like kolam, Rangoli and train them to colour their future through these arts.
The Club began its activity in the month of July 2010. The first club meeting held on August 9th 2010. We have conducted 12 meetings. Each work we practiced and learned about stitching (Basic level) Rangoli, using the waste materials (Like old bangles) to make pen stand like.

09.08.2010 - Introduction and electing office bearers .
17.08.2010 - Methods and types of Rangoli . Selecting designs , colour combination
and other techniques about Rangoli.

05.10.2010 - Tray using paper rolls. Ice stick lamp etc.
12.10.2010 -Demonstrative class by drawing master Mr.Chinnaswamy , Govt.School, kottur.
23.12.2010 - Planned for exhibition.
