Management is a Science when it is learnt. It is an Art when it is practiced! MBA is therefore a unique academic subject of Science & Art.
It is for this reason that MBA syllabus of all universities includes Management Practice as a compulsory subject, without a syllabus of units but of practicing skills in the Art of Management.

PG Department of Management Studies at STC, strongly believe that the only way to learn swimming is to jump into the water. TYMA is an evolution of this thought. The name TYCOON was coined so that every student who is a TYMA member and every student office bearer who manages TYMA mesmerizes himself or herself into becoming a management Tycoon in his / her career.

The objective of TYMA is to let its members / office bearers practically learn the Art of Management by managing the logistics of management of Co-Curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Under the guidance of a senior faculty as Staff Co-coordinator, TYMA administers various activities that help the student in cultivating the necessary soft skills and general knowledge needed to succeed in interviews and to build a career.  The skill development is facilitated in variety of ways such as seminars, Personality Development Training Programmes, Workshops, Offsite camps, Group Discussions etc.,  Under the guidance of a
senior faculty as Staff Co-coordinator, TYMA administers the Workshops, Seminars, Guest Lectures, Industry Visits, etc  In nutshell, TYMA is a platform to perform.
